The buildings at 6100 and 6080 Center Drive—and an associated 1,050-car parking structure—were designed to fit within the Howard Hughes Center, a 70-acre, mixed-use business park. Each building offers 300,000 square feet of rentable square feet on 12 floors, with efficient floor plates of 25,000 square feet. Each building’s façade features a curved curtain wall of blue tinted and stainless reflective glass with silver metallic accents. Canopies extend from the buildings’ rooflines, and feature nighttime lighting that is visible from the adjacent freeway. The buildings’ rear elevations feature light-colored precast concrete with pewter reflective ribbon windows that overlook a landscaped park with seating areas. A two-story, blue pearl granite and glass fascia clads the base of each building, and double-height glass lobbies welcome tenants and guests. |
