Located in the popular Ballston submarket of Arlington, Virginia, this 13-story, 270,000–square foot building was designed for international developer Hines. The building exterior is clad in precast concrete panels with decorative metal fins at the roof line. Floor-to-ceiling, glass-enclosed corners provide impressive views of the surrounding area. In addition to 250,000 square feet of office space, 10,000 square feet of ground level retail space was incorporated into the design, as were five levels of below-grade parking. A garden terrace along one edge of the site provides exterior gathering space. |
